Yad Vashem (wikipedia.en) is a memorial site in Jerusalem for the victims of the Holocaust. It includes a museum, a school for teachers, and a library where archives are stored. The site is located in the Jerusalem Forest on the western slope of Mount Herzl. It is 804 meters (2,638 ft) above sea level.
